We’re saluting the sun with mindful yoga in our “outdoor space” this summer.  Yoga instructor Gina Velez will guide you and your little one through yoga poses, stretching, and techniques that you can do at home with your baby to grandparent! Class size is limited, reservations are required.

Class No. 1:
Date: June 10th
Class Time: 12:30p-1p

Caregiver & Me:

This 30 minute, intimate yoga class is the perfect place for you and your little one to connect! With Gina, we will explore yoga with babies and toddlers and give you take home techniques to engage your little one!

Registration Number: 10 Family Openings (each family can bring their own number of participants; we are anticipating varied family sizes)

Class No. 2:
Date: July 8th
Class Time: 12:30p-1p
Family Yoga:

Ever wanted to try yoga with the entire family? Join us as we dive into concepts that incorporate yoga activities that can engage the entire family! This class appeals to children and families with little ones ages 5-12.

Registration Number: 7 Family Openings (each family can bring their own number of participants; we are anticipating varied family sizes)

Class No. 3:
Date: August 12th
Class Time: 12:30p-1p
Grandparents & Me:

This story-driven class will open the doors to children and their grandparents bonding and spending intentional time together! Come move your body and explore still, standing positions together!

Class No. 4:
Date: September 9th
Class Time: 12:30p-1p
Yoga BFF’s:

Bring your BFF to yoga & if you’re looking to make friends, come spend time with us! This class is all about partner poses and connecting with friends by working together and understanding social awareness!

Registration Number: 10 Family Openings (each family can bring their own number of participants; we are anticipating varied family sizes)

Purpose: Self-awareness and self-soothing mechanisms, social awareness and understandings, relationship and bonding within one’s self and with their connected group, decision making, breath work, increased concentration and the connection between the mind and the body.
