Additional Membership Policies
- Adult(s) will not be admitted into the museum without an accompanying child.
- Children may not enter the museum without an adult and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Present photo ID to the front desk staff upon arrival so they can verify that you are on a membership.
- Alternate adults listed on the membership can be changed by the primary adult listed on the membership. This change must be made 24 hours in advance so that the changes can be reflected in our system.
- To change your alternate or secondary adult, please email members@pretendcity.org 24 hours in advance.
- Additional guests not listed on the membership or not within the parameters of the membership level will need to pay the cost of daily admission.
- Members may bring guests in during early entry hour by paying regular admission.
- The adults, including the alternate/secondary adult listed, must be 16 years old or older.
- A therapist or agency that your child works with can attend Pretend City with your family as part of the membership at no additional charge. That therapist of the agency must show ID as proof, such as a business card or badge.
- Membership upgrades can occur at any time in the membership cycle except for the last 3 months.
- Membership upgrades do not change the expiration date of the membership.
- Pretend City does not participate in the ACM museum admission reciprocal program.
- Pretend City is a cell phone and electronics free facility. Please refrain from texting, calling, or using your cell phone as it distracts from ensuring the safety of the children. Laptops and tablets are not allowed.
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Refunds are not issued to members who downgrade at any point during their membership cycle.
- Pretend City reserves the right to revoke membership if it determines that any member is abusing member benefits, transferring the membership to unauthorized parties, and/or any other activities deemed inappropriate or fraudulent on the part of the member.

Dual
- This membership works great for you and your little one! Quality one on one time awaits with our Dual Membership.
Family of 3
- This membership allows admission for three people; either two kids and one grownup, or two grownups and one child.
Family of 4
- Bring the whole family! This membership is good for any variation of children and grownups for a total of four people.
Family of 5+
- Bring the whole family! This membership is good for any variation of children and grownups with a maximum of eight people.
City Lights
- Join City Lights Giving Circle and ensure our community benefits from the Pretend City early childhood development play experience!
