Baby Steps

Purpose Behind the Play: Physical development through fine motor practice, sensory exploration, concept development, and color recognition.
Specifically, for: Infant (0-18 months), grownups. For the comfort of our infant guests, no older siblings please.
Art Studio Sessions (8:00 AM – 9:15 AM ):
- Watercolor and shaving cream on trays with wooden utensils and light table explorations!
Music & Movement: Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed/Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes
Sensational Story Time: Everywhere Babies > Celebrates that there are all kinds of different babies spread throughout the world that learn, grow, and are loved.

Grown-up Tip: Babies begin socialization from birth. They are watching facial expressions, listening to different tones when we talk and are exposed to all kinds of people. Babies learn “When I do this, (blank) happens”. For example, when I laugh, my friend laughs too. When I touch the dog, he gives me kisses.
