Moving for Mental Wellness
Moving for Mental Wellness is hosting a series of fun and free exercise workshops. Workshops include a 5 minute warm-up and a 20 minute guided exercise for children to have fun, get moving, and strengthen their mental wellness! Geared toward ages 5-10, but all ages are welcome.
Workshop times: (30 min sessions)
7/26: 10:15am and 11am
7/28: 1:45pm and 3:00pm

Kayla is a Triathlete: Swimming, cross country running, and cycling; She represented Team USA in World Championships in 2022. It is her mission to education the world on the connection between exercise and mental wellness
