Lohri

Happy Lohri! Today we will be celebrating Lohri, which is celebrated in Punjab in the Northern Part of India. At 11AM and 2:30PM, join us for a sensational story time and a sing-a-long activity on all the things that bring peace and harmony.
TWO groups from the Dhawni Dance Academy will join us for performances.
Purpose: Music and Dance are a key piece of the Lohri festival and their owner/dance teacher will be choreographing a special performance with her young students.
About the play partner: Dhwani Dance Academy
Purpose: This is a new play partner; their group performed at the Global Village Festival in the Summer. Music and dance are key component to the celebration of Lohri; the instructor, Hiral Joshi, will be joined by some of her students.
