Stretching, breathing, and mindfulness practices are some of Gina’s favorite things to share with your children! These three components help children self-soothe, find a sense of calm, move and groove, and have fun in an engaging way.

Grown-up Tip: Allow your child to find what calms them down and is a soothing activity. Encourage listening to music, drawing, or going on a little hike to get out all the feelings and find peace.
