Get into the Halloween spirit at Pretend City’s costume week, where spooky fun and creative costumes make The City so much fun! Dress up your little ones in costumes – and enjoy $2 off child admission.

- Discount is only available 10/23-10/25 and 10/30-10/31 (not valid on weekends)
- Tickets must be purchased at the door. No adjustments can be made to pre-purchased tickets.

We also offer resources for families such as
Free Neurodivergent Family Nights – on the 2nd Tuesday and 4th Thursday of every month, a special evening for children, parents, siblings or caretakers to enjoy the museum together in a sensory-friendly environment. Socialize with other parents and meet our community partners, who specialize in supporting the neurodiverse community. Specifically, for Families with children of all ages from the neurodiverse community and with other disabilities. Pretend City is closed to the public.
Way to Play Day– on the 2nd Friday of every month, we offer free developmental screenings for children birth through 5 years old. Our Education Manager is available to answer all your questions about your child’s development and ways you can strengthen their skills! The first three years of life are the most critical for development!
Baby Steps – on the 2nd Sunday of every month, Pretend City hosts a special event exclusively for parents and their infants, 18 months and younger. Baby Steps is a great way to introduce your child to new friends without the hustle and bustle of older children playing in the museum.
