Kidstock Baby Steps

Welcome to Babystock! It’s a hippy dippy morning filled with peace, love, good vibes, music, movement, and flower power painting!
Art: Head on over to the Art Studio to dive into a flower petal and leaf sensory bin. Feel the soft, calming textures and make sure to give them a good smell too! Join the fun of our collaborative baby art piece as we body paint on a large canvas with our friends.
Purpose: Feeling different textures can be soothing for babies and helps them explore how things feel in their hands, what they smell like or how materials look different physically. Parents can help explain what the baby is touching to promote word association. Using other body parts besides hands gives babies a new experience and works on motor skills.
Music & Movement: Gather around in Orange Plaza for a friendly drum circle with wooden sticks and tambourines too!
