  • Give Back and Have Fun

Become a Pretend City Volunteer and explore various roles throughout our Museum! From helping a child learn a life skill through exhibit exploration, to supporting staff with a birthday party, or assisting with administrative tasks in the office, volunteers make a valuable contribution to help Pretend City reach our goals of educating young children and their families. Have fun helping Pretend City build better brains! We welcome those who are 12 years or older to volunteer with us at Pretend City Children’s Museum.

    Hands-on Experience

Internships at Pretend City Children’s Museum offer current college students and recent graduates the opportunity to work with and learn more about the non-profit environment, as well as a hands-on experience in working with children and their grown-ups! Internships are offered in the Fall, Spring, and Summer. If you are interested in applying for an internship, please send resume and cover letter to volunteer@pretendcity.org.
