Yoga Class: Caregiver & Me

We’re saluting the sun with mindful yoga in our “outdoor space” this summer. Yoga instructor Gina Velez will guide you and your little one through yoga poses, stretching, and techniques that you can do at home with your baby to grandparent! Class size is limited, reservations are required.
This 30-minute, intimate yoga class is the perfect place for you and your little one to connect! With Gina, we will explore yoga with babies and toddlers and give you take-home techniques to engage your little one!
Registration Number: 10 Family Openings (each family can bring their own number of participants; we are anticipating varied family sizes)
