Week of The Young Child Begins

Join us as we kick off Week of the Young Child! A time to celebrate early learning, young children, teachers, families, and communities! An annual celebration by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), help spread the word about the importance of high-quality early learning, and the critical role early childhood educators play in a child’s development and learning. #WOYC22
Purpose Behind the Play: Music literacy, mathematical concepts, social development, motor development
Smart Art (on-going):
- As Guided by NAEYC: We will provide an array of materials for children to create their own instruments and explore sound.
Grown-up Tip: We all want a reason to celebrate, so check out Week of the Young Child and see how you can be involved in early learning within the community!
