Way To Play Day

Way to Play Days are held on the 2^nd Friday of every month. This event allows parents and caregivers to complete free health screenings including developmental, dental, vision, and/or speech. Local child development experts are on site to provide information and assist grown-ups with questions they may have regarding their child’s development.

*Admission ticket is NOT required to have screening completed

Play Partners:

UCI Mobile Eye Van will be conducting free vision screenings from 9am-12:30pm. The UCI Gavin Herbert Eye Institute Eye Mobile for Children provides vision services to children across Orange County. The Eye Mobile provides vision screenings to underserved children, and comprehensive eye exams and glasses, when necessary, all free of charge. 

Start Well: Learn more about your child’s mental health through Start Well. Their vision is for all young children in Orange County to have healthy social and emotional development and access to early mental health supports. Start Well supports ECE providers and families to ensure they are skilled and competent in providing a nurturing environment focused on social and emotional well-being and behavioral health of all children.

Barbara Moore SPA Speech Pathology Associates will be on site to conduct free speech and language assessments.
