Tooth Fairy Day

Get ready to flash your pearly whites as the Tooth Fairy makes a special appearance at Pretend City on Tooth Fairy Day!
Join us for a tooth-rific day filled with smiles, giggles, and plenty of dental-themed fun!
Art (all day):
Exploration #1 (infant) Toothbrush splatter
Exploration #2 – Fairy homes
Sensory: Toothpaste & toothbrushes
Purpose: fine & gross motor skills, exploration of textures and thinking creatively during the process of doing art using different materials
Story Time (TIMES: 11am & 2:30pm) 1/31/2022
The Tooth Fairy Meets El Ratón Pérez
Tooth Fairy Visit (throughout the day): The tooth fairy will be here handing out toothbrushes, posing for photos, and interacting with the children in our exhibits.
Free Dental Screenings: TIMES: 9 am-12:30 pm Come get your teeth checked while we celebrate Tooth Fairy Day by a hygienist from OC Healthy Smiles!

We will have free dental screenings from 9 am to 12:30 pm on Tooth Fairy Day! Come and get your teeth checked out as we learn about dental health and hygiene!
Grown-up tip: Teaching proper dental hygiene for little kids is easy, but getting them to follow through can be challenging. Books are always a fun approach to teaching life lessons and skills that our children need to know. Also, let your child create their own box, envelope, pillow, etc., to put their lost tooth in for the tooth fairy!
