Calling all Jedis in Training! It’s time to report for duty! Join us at Pretend City for a spaced-out day of Star Wars activities as we celebrate May the Fourth be With You! Dress in your best Star Wars outfit and receive $1 off admission!
Purpose Behind the Play: Concept development through curiosity and exploratory behavior, cognition exploring science concepts, gross and loco-motor development.
- Smart Art (Times Vary): Discover the force at play in the art studio today as we combine science and art to create out of this world designs using magnets and motion!
- Character Visit (Sat. 10:00 am – 2:00 pm; Sun 11:00 am – 3 pm): The 501st legion will be here in full costume to meet and greet with our guests.
- Let’s Move (11:00 am and 3:00 pm): Junior Jedi Academy is calling all brave Jedi Knights! Join us as we train to defeat the Empire. Use your light saber skills to slash your way through the obstacles of the galaxy and battle droids

Grown-up Tip: There are many important themes in movies like Star Wars, such as doing the right thing even when it is hard to do. Think about using stories that appeal to children to open a discussion about these important values.
