Calling all future engineers! Pretend City is teaming up with the Bob Franz Foundation to host an epic adventure in alternative energy – The Solar Car Derby! Generously funded by Orange County Power Authority
This ALL-AGES event is your chance to:
- Build your own Solar Car! From 10 am to 12:30 pm, we’ll guide you through the exciting world of solar power and STEM principles. Learn how the sun fuels our creations and design your very own mini solar car!
- Race to the Finish Line! Put your engineering skills to the test in our afternoon Solar Car Races! Watch your car zoom across the finish line powered by the sun’s rays. It’s going to be a blast! ️
This event is perfect for curious minds of all ages! No prior experience is necessary, just a thirst for adventure and a love for the sun!
