This workshop offers guidance and individualized breastfeeding support to help you navigate feeding after birth with confidence. Led by an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) from MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center, this session provides hands-on help, answers to your questions, and compassionate care tailored to you and your baby. Moms will have the opportunity to overcome challenges, practice latch and positioning, talk through postpartum concerns, and receive expert support in a calm, welcoming space.

About Play Partner MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center’s lactation team includes Registered Nurses who are also Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC). They support breastfeeding moms during their hospital stay and beyond, offering personalized care and follow-up at their outpatient clinic. Their team understands that every mom and baby are unique and they’re here to help you have a positive, supported breastfeeding experience.
