Join us as we read our way through September! Every year, September is recognized as Literacy Month! Here at The Pretend City, we’re inviting local authors and Pretend City Brain Builders to expand our minds by reading and engaging with us in reading rich and high- quality literature! Grown-up Tip: Learning the skills to read and write comes long before children enter school. Developing literacy skills begins at birth through everyday interactions like sharing books, telling stories, singing songs, talking to one another, or pointing out and naming objects. Incorporate songs, stories, and conversations into your nightly routine before bed!
RSVP: Not Required
Fee: Included with museum admission
