Get ready to dance your heart out at our super fun K-Pop Dance Party! Join us for an amazing day filled with catchy songs, exciting dance moves, and lots of smiles. You’ll learn some cool choreography, and enjoy awesome performances from your favorite K-Pop stars!
Music and Movement (TIME 11am ONLY)
K-pop is an acronym for Korean popular music, and is a genre of music that originated in South Korea. It’s known for its catchy melodies, intricate choreography, and striking visuals, and incorporates a variety of styles including pop, hip-hop, R&B, and electronic. This select group of students demonstrate not only their love for K-pop every week but also their passion for dance!
About the Play Partner:
Our goal is to give each student professional training to meet the challenges in an ever-changing dance world. Our primary concern is teaching proper dance technique that is both safe and individualized for each level of student. With our annual recital at the Irvine Barclay Theater, our competitive performing groups and our Pre-Professional Company – PD Elite, we offer our dancers and families an opportunity to experience all aspects of performing. We want to enhance each student’s love of music and movement no matter what age or background. Dance can instill confidence and affect many other aspects of their life including self-esteem and overall fitness.
