Stretching, breathing, and mindfulness practices are some of Gina’s favorite things to share with your children! These three components help children self-soothe, find a sense of calm, move and groove, and have fun in an engaging way.

The purpose behind the Grown-up Tip: Mindfulness begins in the early years! Giving your child tools to deal with difficult and big emotions will help them in the long run! Have your child smell a pretend rose and blow out a pretend candle to instill breathing techniques to help calm them down.
