An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until June 30, 2021
YogaSix is here to help littles and parents get the wiggles out through grounding, breathing, stretching, & mindfulness. Join us every Wednesday morning, May 5th – June 29th for yoga and movement!
- Member Movement (9:00 am – 10:00 am): Members are invited to spend some time in the Mind + Body studio working on mindfulness, flexibility, and breathing.
- Yoga Flow (10:00 am – 11:00 am): YogaSix is hosting yoga every Wednesday at Pretend City in the Traveling Exhibit! Miss Becca will be here to teach 15 minute classes to help coax mindfulness and grounding, and to held get those wiggles out!

Grown-up Tip: Sometimes we move so fast we forget to breathe! Before bed, spend some time connecting with your breath through Balloon Breaths. First place your hands on your belly and imagine you have a balloon in there. Then, take a deep breath and feel your balloon fill up with air. Next, breathe out and feel your balloon release all the air. Breathing with intention helps you connect with your lungs, heart, and belly.
