About the Play Partner:
We have been training dancers since 1985. Our goal is to give each student professional training to meet the challenges in an ever-changing dance world. Our primary concern is teaching proper dance technique that is both safe and individualized for each level of student. With our annual recital at the Irvine Barclay Theater, our competitive performing groups and our Pre-Professional Company – PD Elite, we offer our dancers and families an opportunity to experience all aspects of performing. We want to enhance each student’s love of music and movement no matter what age or background. Dance can instill confidence and affect many other aspects of their life including self-esteem and overall fitness.
We are proud of our well-trained alumni. Many of our students have continued to dance throughout their lives and have made dance a career choice. Their credits include dancing in movies, Cirque De Soleil, tv, music videos, professional ballet and modern companies, cruise ships, Disney, NFL and NBA dancers, as well as professional choreographers and teachers.
Whether you are training to be a professional, keeping fit, or just having fun, we know you will enjoy our studio and find that dance is a wonderful and enriching experience.
