Dramatic Reading of Biscuit & Buttercup Lend A Fin
August 21, 2021

Saturday, August 21st
In Biscuit & Buttercup Lend a Fin, 17-year-old Angelina unfurls the tale of Biscuit & Buttercup, two fish who were orphaned by a plastic bag. The siblings must learn to confront their fears to save the sea from trash!
- Sensational Storytime (11 AM & 2 PM): 17-year-old ballerina-author-artist Angelina Lyon will give a dramatic reading of her book, Biscuit and Buttercup Lend a Fin, a tale of two fish who lost their parents to a plastic bag, which in turn inspires kids to go green.
Grown-up Tip: Teach your children how trash affects the ocean – show them how to recycle at home or embark upon a family beach clean-up at your local seashore! If there are tidepools nearby, take a peek at the life living within them, and show your children first-hand who’s affected by their hard work!
RSVP: Not required
Fee: Included with museum admission
Come meet Angelina and purchase your personalized autographed copy! 100% of book profits will go to Pretend City. Find out more at www.LendAFin.com
