Time: 8:00-9:30a.m.
Purpose Behind the Play: fine motor skills, creative thinking, problem solving, dexterity and color recognition.
- Art Studio Sessions (8-9:30am): Join us in the Art Studio for fun activities that embrace your little one’s creativity while developing their fine motor skills, dexterity, and color recognition.
Specifically for: Infant (0-18 months), grownups. For the comfort of our infant guests, no older siblings please.
Play Partners: Linda Clinard’s Literacy Carpet providing free books kindly donated by ThinkTogether
Grown-up Tip: Fine motor activities for babies and toddlers encourage creative thinking and problem-solving. They help to develop a young child’s fine motor skills, hand dexterity and co-ordination through play. For example, transferring puff balls to a jar helps develop their pincer grip and hand dexterity! Your baby will also explore shapes, sizes and sorting.
RSVP: Register HERE for Baby Steps; max 100
Fee: $10 per adult, infants and Pretend City Members are FREE!
