Celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month  this May with a special collection of stories that explore the history, traditions and culture of Asians and Pacific Islanders in the United States.

Grown-up Tip: Throughout history, different cultures used different tools to write down their stories. In a world where everything is digital, it’s important to give a child the chance to explore  different mediums, and learn about how they pertain to different cultures. Give your child a selection of pens, crayons, markers, paint and have them write down their own story using words, characters, and illustrations.
