With our Way To Play Adventure Guide, there are activities to enhance your play at Pretend City. Good To Go From Head To Toe, Pretend City’s child development initiative, together with our play partners, are here to assist you with:

  • ASQ Developmental Check-ups from 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m.: Assess speech, motor, cognitive and social areas (first come, first served; limited spaces available). This month’s ASQ Screening performed by IUSD.

Grown-up Tip: Respond to your baby’s gestures, sounds, and looks. When they reach for you ask if they want up and then pick them up. When they coo, coo right back at them. The more responsive you are to babies communication efforts the more they will be encouraged to develop these early communication skills.

RSVP: Not required

Fee: Check-ups and activities are included with museum admission
