Monday, November 25 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Once a month, we host a special night for our autistic friends and their families. Come by the museum and PLAY in an autism-friendly environment with the support and help from our community partners who specialize in the autism spectrum. We will have staff on-hand to help you enrich your learning/play experience to its fullest potential.

Time: 5:30p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Specifically, for: Families with children of all ages who are on the autism spectrum or have other developmental disabilities; Pretend City will be closed to the general public.

This special evening is an opportunity for children and their parents/siblings/caretakers to have some Halloween fun in an autism-friendly environment along with other families. Children are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costume and so some trick-or-treating around the museum. Our community partners, who specialize in supporting children on the autism spectrum, will be on-hand to enrich your family’s play experience with welcoming smiles and practical support.
