Come celebrate your child’s special day with us at place designed just for them! At Pretend City Children’s Museum, we offer parties at two different timeslots: 9am or 12pm. With an hour in the room to eat and sing then playtime afterwards, we make it fun for all guests involved especially the birthday kiddo! Â
Birthday Party Pricing
Non-Members: $595Â Members: $535
- Includes admission for up to 25 guests total (including both children and adults)
- Every additional guest after the included 25 is $15 per guest with a maximum of 50 guests total
- 50 guests MAXIMUM (no exceptions) have more guests? Check out our facility rentals here
- Birthday child(ren) are complimentary
- Children ages 12 months and younger are complimentary
- Playtime after party room with public (adult supervision required)
$150 deposit required to book
Remainder of the balance will be paid the day of your party.

Itinerary Notes >>
- Setup time begins 30 minutes prior to your party start time. Early access is not available.
- All items must be removed from the museum premises within the 30-minute cleanup time. No items may be taken onto the museum floor or left in the party room. We recommend you bring a cooler to store any perishable items in your vehicle.
- Your party and room times cannot be extended if you or your guests arrive late.
- We will provide a party cart to assist with loading for both setup and cleanup.
- Our party staff will welcome and wristband all your guests.
- At the conclusion of your celebration, our party staff will settle your final balance before you join your guests in playtime.
Birthday Parties Also Include >>
- Unlimited playtime after private party room with the public until closing
- Tables, chairs, and access to refrigerator/freezer (only available during 1-hour private party room time)
- White board wall available for backdrop or children’s entertainment
- 1-2 Party Hosts to assist with setup, check in, and clean up
- 1 ‘Buy One Get One’ ticket for all party children in attendance
Prohibited Items >>
- Latex balloons, glitter, confetti, pinatas, alcohol, and open flames are NOT PERMITTED.
- Mylar balloons are permitted for a $15 flat handling fee (prior approval required by Pretend City).
- Candles on the birthday cake are allowed
- Nails, staples, glue, or similar materials are not allowed on any walls. Painters and scotch tape are acceptable.
- Entertainment such as characters or face painters require prior approval required by Pretend City. Entertainers and vendors are only permitted within the private party room for the time as outlined in the reservation.
- Entertainers are not allowed on the museum floor. All vendors and entertainment must adhere to the museum’s policies and prohibited items.
Party Room Layout >>
- 6 – 7 tables are provided in total with 4 for seating, 1 for cake, and 1 for presents. Tables are standard 6 feet rectangle tables.
- Counter space, a sink, and a fridge are available for use for 1 hour in room.
