Kari holds a BS degree in Accounting from USC. Kari has over 20 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and more recently joined Singer Lewak Greenbaum & Goldstein LLP. Her career has focused primarily on serving large domestic and multi-national public companies. Kari also served as one of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sarbanes-Oxley experts where she advised companies on corporate
governance matters.

With her children, Gigi has traveled worldwide visiting and learning about the educational offerings of children's museums and science centers. She is the wife of Craig Barto, President of Signal Hill Petroleum, Inc. Gigi earned her BA in Sociology from UCLA.

Jill attended the University of Southern California where she earned her B.A. in Psychology. After graduating from USC, Jill began her 10-year career in title insurance at Fidelity National Financial. She is a Senior Member of the Major Accounts group headquartered in Newport Beach. Her duties include new business development, account management, and operations.

Jeff holds a B.A. from the University of Arizona. Having a strong background in industrial commercial real estate in Orange County and the Inland Empire, Jeff oversees Studley's Orange County Industrial service Group. Prior to joining Studley in 2005, Jeff was a founding partner of ZCA, a commercial real estate firm in Orange County.

She has executed comprehensive capital structure strategies for public and private companies as well as provided advisory roles for capital raising, liquidity access, investment management, cross border banking and global corporate finance activities.

Hirad earned his civil engineering degree from the University of California, Irvine in 1992 and is a licensed professional civil engineer, registered in the State of California. Hirad established ICS in 2000. The company provides soil and groundwater remediation, facility decommissioning, demolition and general construction services for projects complicated by environmental and regulatory issues. Hirad is the father of two young children.

Reesa Emadi

As a youth, Reesa lived in Spain and visited various types of museums every chance she got. Later, Reesa moved to Irvine and attended Cal State Fullerton, where she studied Biology and Spanish. For three years she taught in a Montesorri school. She is now the mother of two young children and is very active on the Parent Council of Newport Coast Preschool.

Pam has 26 years of professional experience: 16 years experience in museum development, management, marketing and capital campaign fundraising. Pam also has 10 years experience in television production, advertising and public relations. Prior to joining Pretend City, Pam was the Vice President of Marketing at Discovery Science in Santa Ana having worked on the project from concept to opening and subsequent three years of operations. Pam holds a BA in Broadcast Communications from Loyola University, New Orleans, LA.
