Baby Steps through Pretend City! Monthly Theme: Teething Tots
February 8, 2016 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Specifically for: Infants and Young Toddlers (0-18 months) only, grownups. For the comfort of our infant guests, no older siblings please.
Teething can be a painful process for both parent and baby. This month’s Baby Steps theme will focus on teething and strategies for soothing teething infants. We will discuss teething symptoms and remedies, Teething timelines, the effects of teething on infant sleep, and infant dental health.
Grown-up Tip: A great all natural remedy for soothing a teething baby is the use of 100% pure Baltic amber teething necklaces. Amber contains succinite. This is a substance that is found in nature and in our bodies. Succinite acts as an anti-inflammatory and an analgesic. The healing benefit of Amber has been known about since ancient times. When amber is worn against the skin it will allow the body to absorb the healing element-succinite. It can reduce inflammation, clear red cheeks, ease pain, stimulate the thyroid to reduce drooling. Irritability can be reduced and a better nights sleep can be had. You will notice a calmer, happier disposition in your baby which will make you a much happier parent.
